WPBA FORD AUSSIE HOOPS TERM 1, 2026 – including NEW girls only session!

Western Port Basketball Association is proud to welcome you to and provide Ford Aussie Hoops, the premier destination for basketball enthusiasts aged 5-10 in Australia!

Whether your child is a seasoned player or just starting their basketball journey, Ford Aussie Hoops is your go-to program for developing skills, fostering a love for the game, and being part of a vibrant basketball community.

The Basics

Ages 5-10yo (calculated 31/12/2026)

4 sessions to pick from

8-week program running between 2 February and 27 March 2026

The sessions are split into 2 different age groups:

  • 5-7 Years Olds – Focuses on Basketball Skills and Fundamentals to provide a smooth introduction to basketball.

  • 8-10 Year Olds – Focuses on Growing skills and becoming more Game Ready to provide a smoother pathway to the Domestic Basketball Competition.

  • The Girls Only Sessions are not divided into age groups but will ensure we focus on Basketball Skills and Fundamentals for all ages while also providing more understanding to allow a pathway to domestic basketball when they are ready.

MIXED:

Monday 4:00-4:45pm 5-7 Year Olds (commencing 2nd February)

Wednesday 4:00-4:45pm 5-7 Year Olds (commencing 4th February)

Wednesday 5:00-5:45pm 8-10 Year Olds (commencing 4th February)

GIRLS ONLY SESSION:

Fridays 4:00-4:45pm 5-10 Year Olds (commencing 6th February)

FEES:

Price: $85.00 + PlayHQ and BV/BA fees of $9.50
