Hi Everyone,

This is to advise Clubs and Independent Teams of an important change in how we collect team sheet payments and game fees for Domestic Competitions, commencing with the 2024-2025 Summer Competition. We hope by giving you a heads-up it will help with planning for next season. 

We will no longer be using Teammo as our payment partner. Instead, we have commenced transitioning across to TeamPay. 

TeamPay is the official provider to Basketball Victoria and is used by the majority of Associations across Australia. TeamPay integrates directly into PlayHQ and provides teams with many additional benefits and features that will make the process of payments and communication easier, including live updates. 

Team contacts should have received a welcome email by now with some handy information and a TEAM CODE. If this was NOT received, please email: comms@wpba.com.au listing your name, the team name, and the grade info.

There will also be training and information sessions available for club representatives and team contacts to see the system and ask any questions that might pop up via the link above.

Please note also that you can still use Eftpos and Cash payment methods. The only thing that has changed is that we are no longer using Teammo.
